I am so sorry I have neglected you. I promise to do better.

A friend of mine and I went to Parsons, KS to a Hot Air Balloon "glow" last
Friday night. We had a blast catching up with each other and the balloons were
awesome!

Dragonfly.. Dragonfly

My son runs in the house this morning.. "Mom.. come here and bring your camera, quick!!"
So, I did. A dragonfly had landed on a pool noodle. It must have had its wings wet, because it couldn't move. SO, as any good photographer would.. I took the chance to get some pictures. It was really fun taking pictures and knowing it couldn't "get me". I ran Topaz Adjust on most of them to make them look cool.

Just a quick thank you to Joey Ann. I won a drawing on her blog and she sent me a $10 Starbucks gift card. I've never been in to Starbuck, but have wanted to. So, I went in an got some Hot Chocolate. It was sooo good! Yummy! Almost as good as mine! LOL

Full Moon January 10, 2009

easy like sunday morning.

Today was a wierd day, I was on line or on the phone with a Dell Tech all day ( litteraly).

from 10am to 5pm. We still can't get a game to load on Nicks computer. Its been very stressful.

I also managed to make a smoked turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and corn with Peach Pie for desert. I got nothing else done. Nothing I really wanted to get done. I'm bummed about that. I had high hopes for today. Oh well, there is always the week nights or next weekend.

The sky was on fire tonight. Beautiful!

Today, my husband and I got to spend some time at a local Spa.

We both had an hour massage, a facial and a manicure and a pedicure.

It was wonderful! I recommend it highly and he says he'd recommend it

to even the TOUGHEST guy!

I am also enclosing a picture of one of my favorite Christmas presents from my Mom.

Some "Princess" perfume. Not only does it smell good, but the bottle is so pretty!
